I made an I appointment to get a quote about replacing my springs. The quote was beyond reasonable and also pointed out other issues that were there from when the springs. They were able to fix my garage door same day!! 10/10
I needed an emergency call due to backing up before my garage door was fully open:( Talked with Leann in the office ~ so kind! Then I got the good fortune to have Lee as my technician :) What a nice young man! I was near tears for doing something so stupid, he was reassuring and fixed it in no time! Call these folks. They are wonderful!
Yesterday was my first time having a garage door fiasco. Lee came out around 5:30pm, quickly figured out the issue and fixed it for us within an hour or 2. Not only did he fix the issue so my garage door would open again, but we’ve lived here for 6 years and the garage door has never been more quiet since Lee made some small adjustments to the door for us! Thank you to Lee for his fast and friendly service. Also, thank you to his wife as I’m sure she’d rather have her husband at home by that time. You’re a hero, too. We are grateful and we’d definitely call 24 Hour Garage Door Service again! We highly recommend!

The company is worth the wait! Very patient in trying to reach the door opener company to try and see if he was able to save me some money. I did finally decide to replace for a new opener. Very friendly and helpful in explaining the technology for the new opener… who would think I needed to be shown how to use a garage door opener! Would highly recommend!

Super friendly and professional. I’m so glad that I called this company. I needed emergency service after 9pm, and the tech was at my house within the hour. The tech was knowledgeable and helped me get my car out of the garage safely. I am definitely contacting 24 hour for my future parts and labor. I had them install 2 new garage doors about 2 years ago. I had damaged one of the tracks the other month, and had a old garage door opener give up the ghost. I called Lee in the AM, and was able to get a tech scheduled to come out in the afternoon on the same day! Tony was tech the tech, and he was knowledgeable and did an excellent job performing the repairs and installing a new opener that he had on the van with him. He came equipped for the job, no return trip was needed! If you call and can request Tony to be the Service Technician you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!!!!
